Shipment Processing Time
All orders are delivered within 7 business days. Please allow an additional delivery time of 10 working days for customized products.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
All orders are dispatched and cannot be collected or exchanged in any of our boutiques.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Apriati offers you different payment methods, which are:
Credit card payments are always carried out in Euros. Apriati also accepts payments by PayPal. We sincerely apologize for not accepting payments by check.
Within 10 working days following the delivery of your order, you may request the refund of items, which you must return to us in unused condition accompanied by the original invoice. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact and in a resalable condition. Online Boutique cannot accept returns where labels have been removed or products opened. Bracelets, “7 CORDS ONE OF A KIND”, “7CORDS SPECIAL EDITION”, “7 CORDS PERSONALIZED MESSAGE”, “ONE LINE PERSONALIZED MESSAGE” and the Necklaces, "Barrette Necklace", "Soft Riviere Necklace 4.5", "Soft Riviere Necklace 3.3", "Riviere with Ovals" are excluded from the refunds policy.
For returns please follow the procedure as detailed below. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product, to the original purchaser’s credit card. Note that shipping fees, additional duties and/or taxes will not be refunded. All exchanges are subject to availability. Faulty items will be replaced by the same type of product, subject to availability. Refunds for faulty items can be made within the 10-day period following delivery. Items cannot be exchanged or refunded at our stores.

1. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number, reason for the return and pictures of the product. Please also include your name, e-mail address and phone number so that we can contact you, if necessary. It takes up to two weeks to process returns and credit your account. Please note that your nancial institution may take longer to reect the transaction.
